Refund policy

We want you to love your GrandLade items as much as we do!  There are no refunds or exchanges.  All items are special order and final sale. 

If you need assistance with a damaged item please email us at support@grandlade.com with the subject: Damage/Replacement and include your order number, picture, and name.
