Shipping policy

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

The normal processing time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. GrandLade LLC is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
